We have a detailed process to make sure that placements from Sourced Hospitality are successful.
1. Define Goals and Details
We collaborate with you to understand your company culture and corporate vision. We work to define the job specifics, such as title, scope, responsibilities, benefit structure, compensation package, reporting relationships, and profile of the ideal candidate to assess which candidates closely match what you are looking for.
2. Identify and Evaluate Candidates
Utilizing our exclusive partnership with Upshift and our exclusive pool of thousands of qualified active and passive candidates, we compile a list of target candidates. Once compiled, the candidates are screened and evaluated prior to moving to the next stage.
3. Sourced Interviews
Each candidate completes at least 1 phone and 1 in-person interview with our Sourced team to determine if their background, experience, and general demeanor are on track with your needs. After each interview, thorough profiles are compiled highlighting personal traits, work history, reference reviews, and observations made during the interview. Once the profiles are complete and reviewed, a final candidate list is created for client interviews.
4. Client Interviews
We schedule interviews for you based on your availability for the candidates you have selected.
5. Candidate Selection
Once the final candidate has been identified, Sourced extends the offer and explains the benefits package. Once accepted, we guide them through the ethical process of leaving their current employer. We also ensure all candidates regardless of how far they made it in the process are notified in a positive and professional manner, ensuring the credibility and good standing of your organization and maintaining friendly relationships for possible future needs.
6. Customer Success Follow-Ups
Once the candidate begins employment our job doesn't end! We maintain open communication to monitor the candidate's progression and your feedback.
